In the USA we often say, “its not what you know, but who you know.” Never before has it been so important that you are well networked. All of us need to be growing in our ability to partner and cooperate with others in order to reach our own goals, but also to better leverage our life and relationships for the good of others.  I have never seen myself as anyone great, but I have had the privilege of surrounding myself with great people and great partners. Together, we put our talents and resources together and good happens.
